Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and strong customer relationships.

This role serves as the main contact for contractors, homeowners, and commercial customers, coordinating with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Process quotations, orders, returns, and billing inquiries; ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams to fulfill orders.
• Provide product recommendations and pricing information.
• Support Outside Sales with quotations, project coordination, and account management.
