IDI is seeking a Sales Representative to establish its market presence by identifying, closing, and retaining customers. The role involves prospecting for new customers, building long-term relationships, and promoting the IDI catalog to drive growth.

Responsibilities include in-person visits to residential and commercial sites, accurate pricing, and timely sales follow-up, with significant travel (about 60%). Benefits include health coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or similar experience preferred.
• 3+ years in sales, insulation or building material sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop new business.

Responsabilidades

• Develop prospective customers and build strong relationships.
• Make in-person sales calls on residential and commercial customers via office and jobsite visits.
• Promote all items within the IDI catalog to potential customers.
• Ensure customers have current pricing and are aware of market changes.
• Timely follow up on all sales leads.
• Complete paperwork including credit applications; submit weekly activity and expense reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote IDI training events.
• Attend company functions and support IDI initiatives.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and collaboration in daily work.
