Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• 3+ years in building materials or construction industry.
• 1+ years customer service experience; retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner; answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Advise customers on solutions to projects and problems; offer add-on sales when appropriate.
• Become well educated in Gillman Home Center product lines; stay educated on industry trends.
• Process quotes, orders, purchase orders, and invoices for homes, business, and additions.
• Follow up with customers from quote to project completion; resolve complaints with Sales Manager.
