Gillman Home Center is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers and contractors with project needs in a full-time role. Expect 40 hours per week with open availability Monday through Sunday, including some evenings and weekends.

You will greet customers, provide product information, prepare quotes and orders, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to resolve issues. This position emphasizes service, accuracy, and on‑time deliveries in a fast-paced home center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in the building materials/construction industry.
• 1+ years Customer service experience.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Advise customers on solutions to projects and problems.
• Offer solutions with add on sales when appropriate.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Follow-up with customer from quote to project completion.
