Job summary

Gillman Home Center is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers and contractors with project needs. This full-time role (40 hrs/week) includes some evenings and weekends, with store hours 7am–8pm.

You will manage quotes, orders, invoicing, and ensure customer satisfaction from quote through project completion. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building materials, 1+ year in customer service, and retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED diploma
• 3+ years in building materials/construction industry
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Retail experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Advise customers on solutions to projects and problems. Offer add-on sales when appropriate.
• Handle orders, quotes, customer inquiries, deliveries and installations.
• Follow up with customer from quote to project completion.
