Job summary

• Knowledge of product pricing, discounts and estimating formulas.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone or email.
• Assists with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds and exchanges.
• Enters orders into system and coordinates deliveries.
• Maintains store organization, stock and safety procedures.
