Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4-5 years of related experience. Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes, regulations, and safety rules.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage of hazardous materials and maintain a safe workplace.
• Review building system inspections to meet design specs and environmental conditions.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
