Job summary

The role ensures operations meet applicable standards and supports preventive maintenance programs, with a focus on energy efficiency. The position requires 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as Universal CFC.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Sophisticated math skills for percentage and basic financial calculations

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist with emergency repairs and safety/disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specs and environmental targets.
