Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain and repair building systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling to ensure reliable operations and comfort for occupants.

You will perform preventive maintenance, manage energy use, and support safety compliance while collaborating with the Engineering and Technical Services team. A High School Diploma (or GED/trade school) and 4-5 years of related experience are required; Universal CFC

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4-5 years related experience.
In lieu of diploma, combination of experience and education.
Universal CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and control systems.
Ensure building systems comply with codes and safety directives.
Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
Follow safety and hazardous materials handling policies.
Review building systems to ensure operations meet design specs.
