Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain energy management programs for efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus to achieve goals.
• Impact customer, operational, and service activities within teams.
