Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Building Automation Project Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through targeted sales activities for both new and existing clients. You will specialize in developing innovative solutions for BAS projects within designated markets and manage relationships while expanding account revenue.

The role requires hands-on BAS/HVAC knowledge, strong estimating and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BAS and HVAC knowledge with systems integration
• Ability to develop retrofit/Plan/Spec opportunities from concept to proposal
• Strong estimating, proposal, and presentation skills
• Experience managing customer relationships while expanding revenue
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new accounts
• Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales activities for new and existing clients
• Develop solutions for building automation projects from design to proposal
• Build detailed project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Lead consultative solution presentations to differentiate from competitors
• Manage CRM, maintain a healthy backlog of quotes, and pursue new opportunities
• Plan site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to maximize results
