Job summary

Harris is seeking a Building Automation Project Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by winning new and existing clients with BAS solutions. You will combine HVAC/ BAS knowledge with consultative selling to define high-impact project scopes and proposals.

You will develop accurate estimates, present value-driven solutions, and manage customer relationships across a nationwide service footprint, balancing performance, budgets, and ROI while upholding Harris values.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC and BAS components.
• Ability to read drawings, equipment submittals, and jobsite conditions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess energy usage and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate scopes of work for new and retrofit projects.
• Build detailed project estimates including labor and materials.
• Manage pipeline using Harris CRM and pursue new opportunities.
• Present consultative solutions that differentiate Harris.
• Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell services.
