Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Service Sales Executive to drive service projects and service agreements within our Smart Buildings Automation Services team. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, growing Siemens digital and energy services in the installed base and new markets.

Expect to spend at least half your time with customers on site, with 1-2 days/week in the office for collaboration. Travel about 10% as needed.

Qualifications

Sales experience in building automation or energy services.
Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions independently.
On-the-job exposure to account development and strategic sales skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license; eligible for Siemens' fleet program.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Achieve new order and profit goals based on your assigned quota for both service projects and service agreements.
Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
Develop understanding of marketplace, competitors, customers, and influencers across the region.
Develop a vertical market and account management plan focusing on growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization.
Attend industry events and participate in professional networks to represent Siemens.
Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other resources to obtain the sale.
Spend at least 50% of time in customer facing activities.
Travel ~10% for training and business development as required.
