Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Senior Sales Executive to support our Service Agreements business within our commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls Service team at the Indianapolis, IN location.

You will be the ambassador of Siemens technology, products and services, building strong relationships with customers in hospitals, universities and industrial facilities to drive service projects and maintenance successes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals based on your assigned quota for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, customers, and decision influencers across the region, segments, and verticals.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop go to market strategies to drive business to the end user customer and the standard construction channel.
• Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization by understanding their challenges and recommending services to ensure their building systems perform as required to achieve business goals.
