Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Plano, TX seeks a Building Automation Service Account Executive to grow our Service Agreements business within Smart Buildings Automation Controls. You will be the face of Siemens, delivering trusted solutions for hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

You’ll forecast orders, develop a robust sales funnel, and partner with operations, finance, legal and inside teams to close deals. Expect 50% customer-facing time, 1–2 days in the office, and ~10% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in building automation or energy services.
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings.
• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
• Develop understanding of marketplace, competitors, customers and decision influencers across the region, segments and verticals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to drive business to end users and the standard construction channel.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other resources to obtain the sale.
