Carrier is seeking a Sales Executive in Lisle, IL to drive building solutions with a customer-centric, team-based approach. You will partner with engineers, operations, and service to win and implement BAS projects, owning account portfolios and guiding opportunities from bid to close.

The role emphasizes technical aptitude, relationship building, and the ability to translate complex BAS features into tangible client value across commercial construction and facilities management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with HVAC Controls, Building Automation, Commercial HVAC, Blueprint Drawings/Design layouts, or the Construction industry.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Build Partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and support regional growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility.
• Dive into client needs to uncover building and system inefficiencies.
• Influence specifications and system design decisions early in projects.
• Lead the bid process: identify opportunities, prepare responses, and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution and maintain customer experience.
