Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Midlothian Cement Plant, TX. The 14‑month Build4Growth program provides foundational learning across main plant operations, combining online learning, face-to-face sessions, on‑the‑job assignments and projects.

The role supports plant operations, PMR development, and reliability initiatives, with opportunities to advance in maintenance and engineering within Amrize.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of study: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Travel Requirements: 5%.

Mansioni

• Monitor operation of plant equipment and ensure reliable performance.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and PMRs.
• Create BOMs for new equipment and oversee maintenance BOM management.
• Perform root cause analysis to eliminate repetitive issues.
• Support improvements to mean time between failure (MTBF).
• Facilitate continuous improvement in equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordinate SAP PMR operations with maintenance planners.
