Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Midlothian Cement Plant in Texas. The role supports operation and maintenance, and participates in the Build4Growth program—a 14-month cement manufacturing learning and development initiative.

New graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience will join a structured program to gain foundational knowledge across plant operations, with emphasis on reliability and maintenance optimization.

• Ability to work with maintenance staff and equipment suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Create PMRs and BOMs for new equipment; manage maintenance programs.
• Perform root cause and Pareto analyses and FMEA.
• Support improvements in MTBF of major equipment.
• Coordinate SAP PMR activities with maintenance planners.
• Provide training on reliability concepts within the team.
