Qualifications

• Must have 0–3 years work experience
• Must be able to work in a cement manufacturing environment
• Must adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and identify opportunities for process improvements (cost/benefit).
• Develop process control automation and related software tools.
• Prepare reports on operating efficiency and failure investigations.
• Run tests on plant systems to determine equipment performance.
• Support management in maintaining environmental and quality compliance.
