Amrize North America is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Paulding Cement Plant in Ohio to support equipment operation and maintenance while developing foundational knowledge through the Build4Growth program. You will contribute to the plant's reliability and maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Create, implement and monitor CBM programs.
• Participate in PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Coordinate SAP PMR-related tasks with maintenance planners.
• Provide training to maintenance staff on reliability concepts.
