Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Paulding Cement Plant in Ohio. You will contribute to equipment reliability and maintenance, and participate in a 14-month cement manufacturing learning program.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 0–3 years experience, and the ability to work with SAP PMR and maintenance teams. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered alongside strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Field of Study: Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 0–3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support plant equipment reliability and maintenance.
• Develop preventative maintenance routines and BOMs for new equipment.
• Assist with SAP PMR optimization and PM data.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce MTBF issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and plant staff to ensure safe operation.
