Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Build For Growth Process Engineer I to join the North America team. The role focuses on operational improvements across plant production and basic process controls as part of the Build4Growth program.

You will engage in online and on-site learning, with projects and assignments designed to develop foundational knowledge in cement plant operations. New graduates with a chemical engineering background and 0-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Travel Requirements: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare computer reports on operating efficiencies and failure investigations.
• Perform tests on plant systems to determine equipment efficiencies.
• Support environmental and quality performance compliance.
