Job summary

Toeroek Associates, Inc. seeks a Brownfields Program Coordinator to oversee Targeted Brownfields Assessments across the western United States. The role coordinates up to ten concurrent Phase I and II ESAs, guiding a team to determine contamination scope and remediation needs.

Travel up to 25% is required; candidates should live near West Coast states to support fieldwork. BS degree with relevant experience and HAZWOPER credentials are preferred.Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field with four years of practical environmental field sampling experience.
• Two years as a field-team lead; familiarity with Phase I and II ESAs and remediation activities.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations; experience with regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, staffing, reporting, and deliverables across multiple active sites.
• Oversee project managers for cost estimates, schedules, and staff assignments to meet budgets.
• Lead field activities including soil, groundwater, soil gas sampling, and oversight of subcontractors.
