Job summary

Toeroek Associates, Inc. is seeking a Brownfields Program Coordinator to coordinate all phases of Targeted Brownfields Assessments in the western U.S. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive coordination of up to ten concurrent Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, supporting a team that assesses contamination at Brownfields sites.

Periodic travel of up to 25% is required. Work locations across the western U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, with proximity requirements to

Qualifications

• BS degree and four years of practical environmental field sampling experience
• Two years as field-team lead
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations
• Experience with Phase I and Phase II ESAs and quantitative analyses in Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, staffing, reporting, and deliverables across multiple sites
• Oversee project managers, including cost estimates, schedules, and staff assignments
• Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors for ESAs and site investigations
• Ensure deliverables, milestones, and budgets are met
• Collaborate with senior managers to meet deadlines and budgets
• Prepare technical reports complying with regulations and quality controls
• Lead field activities including soil, groundwater, and soil gas collection and oversight of labs and subcontractors
• Support soil/groundwater assessments, asbestos, lead paint inspections, and geophysical surveys
