Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Assessor experienced in Phase I ESAs. This full-time role offers remote work with opportunities across locations and a chance to work with industry leaders in environmental due diligence.

You will conduct Phase I ESAs, perform site reconnaissance, analyze regulatory data, and draft concise reports. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' ESA experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or related field.
• 2+ years writing Phase I environmental site assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) per ASTM and EPA standards.
• Perform site reconnaissance and interviews to identify environmental concerns.
• Investigate historical land use from aerials, maps, and regulatory sources.
• Draft ESA reports with findings and recommendations and prepare maps/appendices.
• Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to ensure on-time delivery.
