Job summary

Toeroek Associates, Inc. is seeking a Brownfields Program Coordinator to coordinate all phases of Targeted Brownfields Assessments in the western U.S.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive coordination of up to ten concurrent Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, supporting a team that assesses the nature and extent of contamination at Brownfields sites. Periodic travel of up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field with 4 years field sampling and 2 years as field-team lead.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs and remediation at Brownfields/Superfund/RCRA sites.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, staffing, reporting, and deliverables across multiple active sites.
• Oversee project managers, including cost estimates, work schedules, and staff assignments.
• Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors during site investigations and remediation.
• Prepare technical reports on site characterization, remedial optimization, and remedy implementation.
• Lead field activities: soil, groundwater, sediment, soil gas sampling and monitoring.
