Toeroek Associates, Inc. is seeking a Brownfields Program Coordinator to coordinate all phases of Targeted Brownfields Assessments in the western U.S. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive coordination of up to ten concurrent Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, supporting a team that assesses the nature and extent of contamination at Brownfields sites.
Periodic travel of up to 25% is required. Worksite locations are distributed across the western United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Candidates must be geographically located within reasonable proximity of West Coast states in order to support operations and facilitate fieldwork.
BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field with four years of practical experience related to environmental field sampling and two years as a field‑team lead. Preferred work experience with contaminated site characterization and remediation at contaminated sites, including Superfund, Brownfields, or RCRA Corrective Action sites. Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations under Federal (e.g., Superfund, RCRA, Brownfields), state, or other cleanup programs. Experience with Phase I and Phase II ESAs and experience conducting quantitative analyses using Microsoft Excel
