Job summary

Toeroek Associates, Inc. seeks a Brownfields Program Coordinator to coordinate all phases of Targeted Brownfields Assessments in the western U.S. The role supports up to ten concurrent ESAs, managing logistics, staffing, reporting, and deliverables across multiple sites.

Travel up to 25% is required, with work sites across the western states, Hawaii, and Alaska. Candidate should lead field activities, oversee subcontractors, prepare technical reports, and ensure milestones, budgets, and

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Experience coordinating Phase I and II ESAs and field activities.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coordination of logistics, staffing, reporting, and deliverables across multiple active sites.
• Oversee project managers, including cost estimates, work schedules, and staff assignments to maintain on-time and on-budget performance.
• Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors conducting site investigations and remediation projects.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate with government customers and project partners.
