Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator in Austin to support fee-earners with pitches, proposals, and transaction documentation. You will manage content creation, coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Financial Analysts, and prepare materials for client presentations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with InDesign, Photoshop, and Salesforce being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or Finance.
• 1–3 years experience in a professional setting.
• Administrative experience for executive level professionals is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop and Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pitch and proposal development and manage content production timelines.
• Support fee-earner and team with transaction and client-service activities.
• Maintain and organize client contact lists and CRM data.
• Prepare expense reports, schedule meetings, and book travel.
• Organize transaction documents and ensure timely delivery of materials.
