Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/marketing/communications/finance.
• Administrative experience for executive level professionals desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pitch and proposal processes for fee-earners and teams.
• Assist with transaction support and fee-earner administrative tasks.
• Maintain CRM entries, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and prepare deal-related documents and reports.
• Prepare expense reports and support client service activities.
