Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is seeking a Client Coordinator to support multiple brokers and teams, handling pitches, proposals, and transaction support. You will liaise with research, accounting, and marketing, ensuring timely deliverables and acting as a communications link to the broker. Front desk duties are included.

The role emphasizes CRM maintenance (Apto), deal documentation, and cross-department coordination to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 0-3 years' experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect database for existing business and business generation opportunities.
• Support content creation process for marketing existing business and pursuing new business.
• Coordinate with other departments based on the needs of the broker.
• Support timeliness of deliverables.
• Provide deal support and transaction assistance.
• Update CRM (Apto) on behalf of brokers.
• Enter new leads and opportunities into the CRM.
