Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Dallas Office to lead high-profile proposals, qualifications, and presentations. The role includes coordinating interviews, client events, award submittals, and maintaining collateral materials.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of marketing experience in construction or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years marketing experience; construction/engineering/architecture preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PM tools, and CRM databases.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce priority proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
• Coordinate interviews, client events, award submittals, and collateral.
• Maintain marketing materials, media releases, and internal communications.
• Oversee marketing information databases and proposal filing.
• Support regional offices and project marketing needs.
• Assist with client interview coordination and RFP distribution.
• Manage events and open houses.
