Job summary

ADP is hiring a Broker Channel Sales Representative to hunt for new business through broker partners and client referrals in the HRO space. You will build relationships with brokerage firms, educate them on ADP’s HR outsourcing solutions, and manage multiple deals from initial contact to implementation.

You will collaborate with internal partners to gain access to accounts, coordinate leads, and drive growth while receiving award-winning training and a strong compensation package.

• Turn prospects into loyal, referring clients by understanding needs and recommending solutions.
• Cross-sell with ADP partners to grow business within existing accounts and expand access to clients.
