Rippling is seeking a Manager, Broker Channel Sales to lead a high-velocity Pacific Northwest broker program. You will hire, train, and develop Channel AEs, partner with Marketing, and drive cross‑functional initiatives to exceed monthly quotas.

Based in Seattle area, you’ll scale a growing broker channel, shape the program’s future, and mentor a fast-paced team responsible for multi‑tier insurance and benefits sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales management experience.
• Channel Sales experience as an IC and/or Manager.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor and manager.
• Experience with high volume sales cycles.
• Experience working with sell‑through partners.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• (Bonus) Insurance Broker channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, Train, and Develop Channel AEs to engage Broker partners and clients.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing & Channel SDRs to drive top‑of‑funnel conversion.
• Lead a Broker Channel Sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Support your team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to value.
• Drive sales performance: activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
• Report on team and individual results through pipeline management.
• Identify process, efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Participate in hiring, training and ramp-up of new team members.
