Rippling is seeking a Channel Account Executive for the broker channel in major Bay Area markets. You will build relationships with Insurance Brokers, develop pipeline via referrals, and manage forecast accuracy in Salesforce.

You will present concise decks and detailed product demos to close deals and meet ambitious quotas. As an early channel team member, you will help shape the program and work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS markets (B2B).
• Experience carrying $650+ annual quota.
• Proven track record as a top performer (top 10% of sales org).
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM software or security products.

Responsabilités

• Create and build relationships with Insurance Brokers.
• Build pipeline through broker referrals.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue.
• Run sales calls with deck presentations and product demos.
• Close business and achieve quota attainment.
• Become a product expert across the platform and know competitors.
