Job summary

Astound, a leading provider of internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services, is seeking an entry-level coordinator to hybrid-support field staff. The role focuses on coordinating technician routes, proactive communication with technicians, and customer pre-calls in a dynamic service area.

A high school diploma is required; experience is not necessary. Base hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $25.00 with bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
