Job summary

Astound is seeking an entry-level support/coordination role in Dallas, TX. You will monitor technician routes, communicate with field staff, and complete pre-calls and post-install surveys while ensuring ICOMS accounts match work orders.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0 years experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite with excellent communication skills. Base salary is $16–$25 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
