Job summary

Astound is seeking a team-oriented coordinator to support field technician routes and customer communications. You will monitor routes, maintain technician contact, and perform pre-call and post-install surveys to ensure service quality.

Entry-level role with a high school diploma requirement, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite. Base pay ranges hourly with bonus and benefits potential, in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
