Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Broadband Dispatcher II. In this role you will monitor and assist with technician routes, communicate with field staff, and handle customer pre- and post-install processes. The position requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years in dispatch or call center work.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. The base pay range quoted for Massachusetts is $19.00–$24.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus and commission

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch or call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in G-Suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
