Qualifications

• Leads, directs, and trains crew of skilled workers.

• Proficient in performing mathematical calculations for layout on bridges and culverts.
• Knowledge of safety rules, regulations, and personal protective equipment usage.
• Experience operating and maintaining equipment used in highway and bridge maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge construction and maintenance tasks including fabricating and installing structural elements.
• Oversee environmental protection measures during works.
• Provide on-the-job training and evaluate crew performance.
• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower and materials for projects.
