Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to deliver high-quality alterations and exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, consult on gown fit, and collaborate with stylists to close sales while maintaining the alterations room and ensuring bridal garments meet company standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, sewing experience, and some POS familiarity, with 1–2 years in apparel retail preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel/specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, five-star service.
• Assist stylists in closing sales with gown fit consultations.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, and pressing to company standards.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure pristine condition of garments before delivery.
• Respond to customer questions with product and service information.
