Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or virtually; adapt communication to solving problems.
• Manage customer flow and service levels to deliver five-star experiences.
• Prepare the alterations room and inspect garments before delivery to ensure pristine condition.
• Assist stylists in fittings and explain gown alterations, customization options, and services.
