Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store recommended.
• Prior sewing experience preferred, especially bridal or special occasion.
• Experience with computerized POS system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and online chats.
• Assist customers with gown fittings, alterations, and personalization options.
• Ensure all garments are inspected and delivered in pristine condition.
• Maintain an organized alterations room and support store standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on fit and customization.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
