David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will greet customers, assist stylists with gown fit and customization, and maintain a pristine alterations area while ensuring a five-star service experience.

The role requires sewing experience, a high school diploma, and retail exposure. This is a part-time position with benefits and opportunities to grow within a leading bridal retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal.
• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming, and responsive to needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store sales goals.
• Escalate issues as needed and partner with leadership to resolve problems.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options in collaboration with stylists.
