Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to assist customers with fittings, alterations, and personalized services. You will work closely with stylists and management to ensure a flawless shopping and alteration experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating fittings, maintaining the alterations room, and upholding dress code standards. A High school diploma and sewing experience are required, with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels by following operational checklists and meeting customer needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store goals for five-star service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Explain alteration options and promote services and personalization.
