David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and support store leadership. You will deliver five-star customer service, solve problems, and promote alteration services to ensure a perfect dress for every event.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years retail experience in apparel, and sewing experience; POS familiarity is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, communicates clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Maintain all service levels by being Prepared, Welcoming, Meet the Needs & Be There for all our customers, including operational checklist tasks and meeting customers' emotional and practical needs.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store's Five-Star Customer Service.
• Address customer concerns with confidence and alert leadership when needed.
• Explain how alterations enhance the dress for events and promote all alteration services and personalization options.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting with customers regarding gown fit and customization.
• Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience.
• Uphold Dress Code Policy and keep alterations area clean and organized.
