David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards while delivering superior customer service. You will welcome customers across in-store, phone, and virtual channels and collaborate with stylists on gown fit and customization.

The role emphasizes sewing, steaming, and maintaining the alterations area, with a focus on five-star experiences and brand standards throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required or preferred.
• Experience with a POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, on the phone, and online with clear communication.
• Manage customer flow and provide five-star service using store systems.
• Maintain service standards, assist with alterations, and meet customer needs.
• Support stylists by advising on gown fit and customization options.
• Keep the alterations room clean and organized and inspect garments before delivery.
• Process transactions accurately and uphold dress code policies.
