David’s Bridal is seeking a friendly Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ customer experience. You will greet customers, manage appointments, answer phones, and assist with pressing garments to ensure orders are ready for pickup.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and processing transactions accurately. Prior sewing experience is helpful in assisting customers with dress alterations and fittings.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store helps.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via chats or virtual channels.
• Manage customer flow with systems to ensure five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
