Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage appointments, and ensure a five-star experience in the alterations department. You will interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats, guiding them through services and product options with a friendly and problem-solving approach.

Role requires basic sewing familiarity and prior POS experience; you will help maintain an organized alterations area and support inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow for five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and dressing room/alterations area.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and assist management as needed.
• Assist Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
