Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star customer experience. You will greet customers, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, partnering with the Alterations team and Store Manager.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and attentiveness in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior sewing or POS experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and online, delivering five-star service.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and assist with alterations appointments.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery to customers.
• Maintain store standards and assist with transactions and inventory as needed.
